Pros:

1) A lot of options for speed and which head to use
2)Charges fairly quickly and seems to hold a charge pretty well
3)The best head to use is the soft air head. I found myself using that the most as it was the easiest to use and tolerate.Feels well built, sturdy in the hand.
Great battery life, I was able to use it for 30 minutes (broken up over a few days) and never had to recharge.
4)Nice attachments that are handy.
You can massage your own back, unlike with a massage gun.
Well first of all, it gives great massages! My wife who is on her feet all day has plantar fasciitis, so it helps with that. I use it on her feet and works great, relieves that after a few minutes of massaging
5)I use it to relieve general aches and pains from training. My go to is the pointy attachment just to dig into the muscle and massage it that way.
6)Battery life is good too. I use it for maybe an half an hour at a time, maybe 2x a day. I rarely charge it, so I guess it holds a good amount of charge
7) I like that it has a stand that holds most of the attachments, and it comes with a bag if I need to travel with it
8)Long handle,Charge seems to last,Two great Fairly lightweight,Works for me and definitely loosens muscles
9)Doesn't make me sore
Much better than just a vibrator
larger massage heads work really well
10)takes up very little space while charging, charge lasts a long time, strong enough to get deep into the muscle, relatively quiet ,not too heavy

CONS:

1)Although I cant say it is *poorly* made, the build quality is a little suspect. I was using it, perhaps more aggressively than intended, and I heard was could be described as a rattle coming from the oscillating head. It isn't loud, but it is noticeable and makes me question the longevity of the product.
2)too weak to get the knots out.Made in Korea.
3)I sometimes need to use lotion or oil first on the part that I want to massage, just coz the attachment might be rubbing the skin to hard if I don’t
4)Would be nice if the charger has a usb option so I can have it on the car while sitting in traffic
5) Would be awesome if it had a wall attachment or something similar so I can just mount it and have my back against it. Sometimes it is hard to reach your mid back with it especially if you are not very flexible.
6)Makes a strange, unsettling popping noise after about five minutes
Only two attachments are goodVibrationend is useless since attachments won't stay on
Power knob is right in the way of where you'd like to hold it so I'm constantly messing that up
7)The stand doesn't charge. You have to manually plug it in,Can't use while charging
Expensive
8)Also, while it is definitely easy to use on yourself, I would recommend having someone use it on you for your back and shoulders. You can't really relax while using it in those areas. Hope this helped!
9)the small massage heads don't screw into the "percussion" end, they are meant to fit over the nub at the of the handle to provide a vibrating massage. I have not been able to use any of those three heads because they immediately vibrate off. I cannot do anything to get them to stay put, so I can't say if those work well as actual massagers or not. I would say that this massager comes with three heads that work really well and three that don't work.
10)The storage tray for this doesn't hold all of the heads, so even though most of them fit neatly in a small space, I always have one or two that are just resting on top or off to the side. Seems like it

wouldn't have been hard to make room for all of them.

In conclusion, if you expect this product to get *deep* into your muscles, look elsewhere. This is a superficial massager that does a good job of breaking up the tension in your less meaty muscles.
